My Autobiography

It was a hot summer afternoon on April 9, 1999 a bouncing baby girl was born. That was me, a tiny hippopotamus back then.   I was named Eli Gabrielle Atilon that came Gabriela Silang. I can say that I was just a product of my mother’s mistake. I grew up like a puzzle looking for its missing piece.   I never knew who my father was and people around me always make me feel left behind. I am the fourth child in a brood of five but my other relatives told me that we were actually six siblings. My twin brother and I were children of a stranger that had aone night stand with my mother. They say that childhood is the happiest stage of a man’s life. But it was the other way around for me. I entered school at 7 years old, I can still remember that I was a late enrollee. I went to school with three pieces of bread and a five peso coin.   I always get bullied by higher sections, that’s why I became courageous. Years passed by, I received my first award. I can still remember...

Tenth Grade, A Moment to Ponder

My tenth grade life was one of a kind. At first I thought it would be hard as a rock but then it came out to be easy. I was a four consecutive times cream of the crop in our class. I became one of the most trusted students by my teachers because of my achievements. When I am not in the mood to recite our classroom was quiet like a peaceful garden. Since I was a roaring lion by that time my teachers expected me to always give my best. Little did I know they were helping and teaching me to boost my confidence.  They always made me a leader of a group and give me members that were not good in their subject. To help those students who cannot cope up. It was a humid late morning on November 2015 when Mr. Saburnido my English Teacher told me to be his representative for essay writing contest during the National Reading Month and National Book Week celebration. All of a sudden I felt the butterflies in my stomach I was having a dysmenorrhoea that time so I was thinking I cann...

Endless Love Family is considered as the smallest unit of our society but among all other unit it has the biggest impact in every individual's life. Though there is no perfect family  they can still prove that they love you and care for you. It seems like sometimes they do not appreciate you but it's just normal because some parents are not that expressive. keep this in mind that a family is the greatest blessing that we can have. My family is an extended type. We are very close to each other even though others have their own family. We gather every occasion, every month we have a birthday celebrant.  the eldest members of our family support the younger ones in their studies and in anything that we want as long as it is good for us. My family is also strict because my late grandfather was a musician soldier before. We have curfew hours and punishments. But what's more important is how our uncle and aunties specially our grandmother ...
